I’m here to preserve the legacy of your family, from the moment you say “I do,” to welcoming a new baby into the world, to documenting your child’s last year in high school, and beyond.

I’m honored to be invited to document your most cherished moments. I live for the thought that the images I create for you will not only be treasured now, but can be passed down for generations to come.

To me, photography is documenting. I've always been that friend grabbing my camera to capture a moment, saying, "I promise you'll want to remember this later!"

Photography is remembering the full narrative; the beautiful as well as the messy, the ideal and the authentic. It’s about realizing the distinct meaning in the seemingly mundane.

Because life is not just one perfectly-posed moment. It’s a series of real, wonderful, messy moments, threaded together to create your story.

a little bit

about me

My husband and I live on a 6-acre farm (with bees & chickens!) in a home built in 1900. Together, we love fixing up old spaces (admittedly Chip & JoJo wannabe’s), laughing and being goofy, connecting with those we love, and exploring nature around us with our three little boys and adventurous dog, Hank. Some of my most treasured memories are within the walls of our home.

Without a doubt, my favorite day of the year is sometime in October when the weather is sunny & cool, and the landscape is filled with beautiful colors. You can almost always find me in a super comfy sweater and leggings, drinking coffee, checking things off my to-do list, tending to my garden, or scheming about what sweet I can find for dessert.

Some things that I value most in my life: happiness, authenticity, serving others, and faith & hope.
